This programme can lead to the hiring of the participants in the company / where have developed the practices. / The participants will receive a support benefit during the practices. /

This policy would improve the labour market inclusion of young people without labour experience if there was an agreement to hire them after the non-work practices in companies, but only with a practices for between three and nine months in a company without commitment of hiring, the measure is insufficient. /
