General description of (intended) objectives and strategies
The main objective is to establish an aids programme addressed to promote the people in situation or in risk of social exclusion social-labour integration as a previous step for their definitive inclusion in ordinary companies. / The social exclusion situation or risk must be accredited by the Social Services, general or specialised, from the public Administrations and it is regulated through the article 4 of the Law 1/2007: / - Minimum insertion incomes beneficiaries / - People without access to benefits because of any of the following reasons: / o Less than the required time of residence/registration / o Finished benefit / - Minors (older than 16 years old) in custody or guardianship situation / - And youth between 16 and 30 from minors protection institutions / - People with drug or alcohol addiction problems / - Penitentiary centre inmates / - Minors and youth with criminal responsibility / - Disabled people (with physic, psychological or sensorial disability) and people with mental illness / - People in any other social exclusion situation, accredited by the Social Services /

The budgets are distributed as it is explained below: / - Aids to hire people in social exclusion situation or risk, or to maintain their jobs: 4,500? per fulltime hiring, contract extension or job maintaining for a year linked to a personalized insertion itinerary. / - Aids to finance the wage and social security costs derived from the hiring of social-labour support staff to the accompaniment and labour insertion process in the work place: 21,000? maximum for fulltime hiring for 12 months. / - Aids for regular expenditure, for the insertion companies implementation: 500? maximum per hired people. /
