This policy consists of an aid given to local corporations or non-profit organizations to carry out an integral employment plan to improve the employability of unemployed disabled people through a set of actions such as individual interview, professional orientation, motivation and development of personal aspects to the employment, active employment searching, workshops? / Each employment integral plan includes a maximum of 60 participants with a maximum of 1000? per person and the labour insertion of at least 10 unemployed people is required to receive the total aid /

The main objective is to increase the employability of unemployed registered in the Employment and Training Service of Valencia with high difficulties to the labour market access due to their disability.

People with permanent total incapability are included when there was an acknowledgment of a concurrent psychic disability or mental illness. / 40% of the vacancies are reserved for women /
