General description of (intended) objectives and strategies
The main objective is to promote the hiring of unemployed people in collaboration with Canary municipal Local Corporations, corresponding to municipalities with less than 95,000 residents, through the covering of the wage costs during 6 months. These entities are expected to hire unemployed workers for making works and services of general and social interest and must have the technical and management capability to carry out the project.

Intended target group
Unemployed people registered as jobseeker Employment Offices of the Canary Employment Service and residents in Canary Islands. The following targets groups will be preferred: / - People in social exclusion risk / - Long-term unemployed (more than 12 months) / - Unemployed people over 45 years old (40% of them will be women) / - Youth (under 30 years old) with insertion difficulties / - Disabled people / - Workers over 55 years old without unemployment benefits

- family situation (married/separated/single) (People being part of a family unit in which none of the members was receiving any kind of incomes will be preferred)
- main source of income: social protection (Unemployed people with or without unemployment benefits)
