General short description of the innovation
According to the Local Government Association overall public service offer is too centralised and fragmented to give young people with the most complex barriers to work and learning the targeted and joined-up support they need. Yet, there are great initiatives, where local and national agencies are working together to significantly improve outcomes, and reduce youth disengagement in a way that unlocks value in national programmes. The ?Hidden Talents? campaign seeks to incentivise these successful approaches across the country by working with councils, government and a range of partners. It produces research reports, case studies, provides guidance and enhances local partnerships and cross-local partnership.
