This Legislative Decree defined part-time work (for less then 40 hours per week) as: a) horizontal part-time work (daily reduced working-time); b) vertical part-time work (weekly, monthly or yearly reduced working time); c) mixed part-time work (when both horizontal and vertical part-time work combine).
