General short description of the innovation
This Act introduced new form of temporary job contracts: a) Discontinuous Work (like On-Call jobs and Work on Intermittent basis) can be engaged by people under 25 of age and over 45, and retired people (an allowance for availabilty to work is expected by the contract); b) Shared-Work can be engaged even by two workers on the same job activities and responsabilities (Lavoro Ripartito); c) Subsidiary Work (Lavoro sussidiario o accessorio) allow workers to some specific secondary activities (like gardening, private teaching and such) for a maximum of 30 days and of 3.000 euros in a solar year /
