Law 99-2013 Extraordinary measure promoting employment and social cohesion

General short description of the innovation
This Law mainly aimed at reinforcing economic resources for employment, especially for young people and residents in the South. It funded: a) fiscal incentives for young people between 18 and 29 of age unemployed for six months and without high-school diploma hired with an open-end contract, mainly from the South of Italy; b) specific incentives for the South, financing self-employment activities, measures for NEET, and training programs; c) fiscal benefits and contributions to employers who hire unemployed enrolled into the ASpI program with an open-end or full-time contract; d) vocational training, traineeships, vocational apprenticeship and vocational training for students of the university /
