General short description of the innovation
Twenty-eight Roma employment co-ordinators were employed in the SROP 1.3.1./1.1.4 subprojects, who have been operating in seven regions and twenty-five local PES offices all over the country since the end of 2009. Their main responsibilities include the registration of minority self-governments and NGOs operating in the area of competence of the offices, the expansion of the relationship with them, the identification of jobs for Roma employees, and contacts with the employers for promoting the employment of Roma people. They assist in finding tender applications and programmes aimed at improving the living conditions and labour market status of the Roma population, in finding and encouraging potential applicants and in preparing the applications. The 27 Roma employment co-ordination managers assisted 4723 individuals of Roma origin (until August 2011).

Intended target group
The primary target group is the group of Roma employment organizer managers participating in the Public Employment Service project. The secondary target group are the Roma jobseekers, approximately 1200 head, and Roma Minority Municipals, civil organizations, the owners of Roma origin of small and medium size enterprises.

very small, only 20 % of the working age Roma population is employed, the unemployed Romas all belong to the secondary target group
Clarification of outcomes in terms of impacting resilience and labour market inclusion
Romas are the most vulnerable group in the labour market and as a consequence regarding their income position and living conditions as well. Any kind of programme mitigating this situation is very important. / /
