Project is the continuation of the previous programmes of the PES (Phare, HEFOP 1.2.), as a result of which the infrastructure of 80 local PES offices was modernised. In 2010, the improvement of the infrastructure and IT instruments of 12 other local PES offices started, thus creating the conditions of operation of a new, modern service model
