The objective of the program is to decrease unemployment. The implementation is in charge of the National Employment Fund in form of subsidies granted to previous employers and service providers. /

As one of the immediate crises measures the National Employment Funds New Prospects programme offered outplacement services for employers. The National Employment Fund primarily supported those employer who did everything they could to keep their employees and were able to prove that in their proposals.
