The objective of this programme is to fund training plans addressed primarily to occupied people that offer a training adjusted to the labour market needs, attend the enterprises? productivity and competitiveness criteria and the aspirations to improve the employability and professional promotion and personal development of working people. /

Intended target group
Mainly occupied people. The next groups will be preferred: / Women / Disabled people / Low skilled / Older people (more than 45 years old) / Youth (less than 30) / People working in small and medium enterprises / Unemployed people (maximum 40% of the participants) can take part also in the training, preferring long term unemployed. /
